Overview
This page explains how to integrate all Scroll Exporter apps (including Scroll Office) with Comala Document Management.
For best results, use the latest version of the Scroll apps and Comala Document Management app.
Exporters include:
- Scroll Word Exporter (Scroll Office app)
- Scroll CHM Exporter
- Scroll DocBook Exporter
- Scroll EclipseHelp Exporter
- Scroll EPUB Exporter
- Scroll HTML Exporter
- Scroll PDF Exporter
- For version 4.0.12 and above, you need an additional app.

How it works
When creating your Export Scheme, and a workflow is activated, you can define if you want to export only the most recently Published states of content (see Publishing for instructions of setting up Comala Document Management for publishing).
To export only published pages, for example using Scroll CHM Exporter:
- On a Confluence page, select your desired export format from the Page Tools menu – e.g. Export to CHM.
Click Customize Settings, and choose Comala Document Management.
- Activate option Only published versions.
- Click Start Export.

The exported pages depend on the user permissions and the status of the checkbox:
