Overview
Once a draft space has been enabled for publishing and configured to publish to a target space, each individual page can be published to this destination space.
Both the source space and the target space must be in the same instance.
Publishing Actions
You can choose to publish an individual page manually (standalone publishing) or publish a page using Comala Publishing together with one of the Comala Document Management family of apps.
You can choose one of the following three ways to publish your content.
The first publishing action for a page will generate a copy of the page content and properties in the target space.
The published content will maintain where possible the page hierarchy in the source space. However, the order of the published pages in the target space may be different from that in the source space.
Each time a page is published, the publishing action will delete any previously published page in the target space and publish the updated source page as a new page in the target space.
Note that version metadata is not copied from the draft page. The page version in the published/target space is set as v.1.
