Overview
For an individual page or blog post you can view the history of the approvals by accessing the page tools menu
Appears on pages and blog posts:
- only when the Approval is added to an individual page - space approval is disabled
- only for users who can edit or admin the content
Approval history report
The approval history is displayed as a chronological list of the changes in the approvals workflow for the individual page or blog post:
Space admins can choose the Reset Approvals button to remove all the approval workflow history for this page. Page editors will be able to view the approval history but the report will not display this reset option.
