Applying and adding Approvals to a space will override all other Approvals in the space, including Approvals added and applied to individual pages and blog posts.
Adding Approvals to a space
Choose Approvals from the space tools menu:
The Comala Document Approval app is displayed in the space tools dashboard:
To add and apply Approvals to all content in the space simply select the Simple Approval Workflow:
Approvals are enabled across the space.
Space Approvals Configuration
You can choose whether to:
- initialise the states for the approvals for all pages and blogs using the Utilities drop down menu:
- clear any existing approvals workflow history for the pages in the space:
Disabling space application of Comala Document Approval
To remove the application of Comala Document Approval across a space, simply access the space tools dashboard and check the Simple Approval Workflow to grey:
Any previously applied Approvals to individual pages will be active again. Depending on space activity and whether approval history has been cleared, the individual page states may need to be initialised to an appropriate state.
