What is published?

Each published page will include

  • the content title

  • the content body

  • attachments

  • content properties

  • content labels

In addition, links to local pages in the source space will be replaced with the links for the content in the destination space.

Publishing does not include custom content types. Any custom content such as GIPHY will display a publishing error message.

Confluence version metadata is not copied to the destination space page. The first publish action will create a published page version of v.1

Subsequent publishing of a source page

  • deletes the previously published page in the target space

  • adds the updated source content as a new page with a new page id (the updated published page version will be v.1)

(info) Comala Publishing does not include the ability to publish the home page of a space.
