Overview
When a space is enabled for snapshot publishing, the snapshot publishing status byline is added to the document sub-title. The byline displays the current snapshot status for the document.

The current snapshot publishing status is shown next to a colored status indicator icon.
You can choose the snapshot publishing status byline to open the snapshot publishing popup.
The current snapshot document status is also displayed in the popup.
Snapshot publishing status icons
If no previous snapshot has been created the status byline displays Create snapshot.
If a snapshot has been created and there have been no subsequent updates to the Confluence document, the status is Created.
If a snapshot has been created and there have been subsequent updates to the Confluence document, the status is Out of Sync.
The contents of the snapshot publishing popup will be updated with the current snapshot status.
