Link a collection to a space

Overview
A snapshot collection created in another space in the instance can be linked to the current space. Once a collection is linked snapshots can be added to the collection from the space.
Link a collection
A space administrator can link a collection to the current space in the space tools Snapshot publishing dashboard.
choose the Link Collection dropdown menu
select a named collection from the scrollable list
All collections in the instance are listed in the Link Collection dropdown menu. You can enter the first letters of a collection name to search the menu listing.
Choose Link in the confirmation dialog box to link the collection
The selected collection is added to the snapshot publishing dashboard.
An on-screen notification also confirms successful linking of the collection to the space.
A space administrator must have permissions for the selected collection to add it to the space.
Unlink a collection
A collection can be unlinked from a space using the collection ellipsis menu option.
Choose Unlink in the confirmation dialog box to unlink the collection.
Once a collection is unlinked no additional snapshot documents can be added to the collection from the space.
Any snapshots in the unlinked collection that are not linked to any other collection are added to the space Unassigned collection.
The Unassigned collection in a space is only displayed if there are snapshots that are not currently in any collection in the space.
A snapshot in the Unassigned collection can be added to another collection using the snapshot document dropdown ellipsis menu.
