Page Tools Menu
Overview
The Page Tools menu can be accessed from any page or blog post by clicking the ellipsis (...) button in the top-right corner of the screen.
The following workflow-related links may be displayed on the page tools menu:
Menu item display is dependent on user permission and whether
a page workflow is active on the content (Add Workflow, Remove Workflow, Edit Workflow, Page Activity)
no page workflow is active (Add Read Confirmation)
The Edit Parameters option is displayed when there is an active page workflow and one or more workflow parameters are configured to allow the value to be edited by a user.
If there is an active space workflow on the content only the Page Activity menu option will be displayed.
The Add Task option is displayed when
there is no active workflow on the content
if there is an active workflow (space or page) and the current workflow state allows a user to add tasks to the content

Page Activity SERVER
Displays Activity Report - Content for the current content you are looking at.
Appears for pages and blog posts:
regardless of whether they have a workflow
only shown, by default, to users who can edit or admin the content
Also displayed in data center when the workflow data in a space has not been upgraded from page activity to document activity.
Document Activity data center
Displays Document Activity Report - Content for the current content you are looking at.
Appears for pages and blog posts:
regardless of whether they have a workflow
only shown, by default, to users who can edit or admin the content
Only shown when the workflow data has been upgraded from page activity to document activity. Legacy spaces in data center that have not been upgraded will only display the page activity option.
Add Workflow
Displays the Add Workflow picker dialog box where you can add an existing workflow to the page or blog post, or create and apply a new custom states workflow using workflow builder.
Appears for pages and blog posts:
only when the space is running in Page Mode
only for users who can edit or admin the content
Edit with Workflow Builder
Displays the workflow builder, which includes
interactive flowchart for the workflow
contextual panels displaying information about, and allowing editing of, the workflow, workflow states, transitions and approvals
workflow trigger summary
options to save the workflow as a template to the space document management dashboard or global workflows dashboard (if the user has appropriate administrator permission)
toggle option to the workflow markup editor
Appears on pages and blog posts
only when the space is running in Page Mode
only for users who can edit or admin the content
Edit with Markup
Displays the Workflow Markup editor, which includes
editable markup for the workflow
toggle option to workflow builder editor
Appears on pages and blog posts
only when the space is running in Page Mode
only for users who can edit or admin the content
Add Task...
Adds the "Tasks" link to the Workflow Status Bar, from which you can access the Tasks Popup.
Appears for pages and blog posts
if they don't have a workflow or
when there is an active workflow and the workflow is in a "
taskable
" state
Edit Parameters
Edit the value for a workflow parameter.
Appears on pages and blog posts
only when there is an active page workflow (Page Mode) is on the content
the workflow has a workflow parameter that has been configured to editable by a user
Remove Workflow
Remove an active page workflow on the content.
Appears on pages and blog posts
only when the space is running in Page Mode
only for users who can edit or admin the content
Options when removing the page workflow to
remove content properties and workflow history
remove any workflow parameter values on the content
Remove Workflow is not displayed if a space workflow is applied to the page or blog post.
Add Read Confirmation
Adds a standalone read confirmation to the page.
Appears for pages and blog posts
if they don't have a workflow
Export to PDF or Word
PDF and Word exports respect workflow Published vs. Draft state restrictions for same-space publishing when the workflow has a final state.
