My Document Actions - Profile

Overview

The Document Actions report on your user profile shows a summary of pending reviews assigned to you.

Viewing the report

To view all pending approval actions assigned to you

• choose Document Actions from the User menu
  
  
  
• the Comala Document Management Actions report lists all current pending actions for the current use
  
  
  
• mouse over a pending action to view details of the assigner and period of time elapsed since the assignment
  
  
  

The Comala Document Management Actions report for the current user is also displayed in the Confluence dashboard.
