Configuring the Document Approval Report

Space administrators can configure the data to be displayed in the document approval report for each space.

  • choose the report from the sidebar.

  • select Settings.

The report columns can be chosen by ticking the required checkboxes. Drag and drop the column names in the drop down Settings menu to manage the column display order in the report.

Changes in the report configuration by the space administrator will change the report view for the space for all users.
