Overview

Using the collection global viewer, you can view the metadata for each snapshot in a collection.

Displaying the metadata for a snapshot

Choose

  • Collections in the Confluence header menu

  • or View in the snapshot popup

In the My Collections side menu select

  • a collection

  • a snapshot document

This metadata allows users to view lifecycle information for a snapshot document including

  • the snapshot document title

  • the snapshot version

  • the Confluence source page version

  • the snapshot document contributor

  • the date the current snapshot document was created

  • the source Confluence page

  • the source Confluence space key

Viewing snapshot document versions

In the currently viewed collection, the snapshot document versions can be accessed using the dropdown menu on the collection viewer snapshot document PDF or HTML view.

The metadata can be viewed by accessing the snapshot document in any collection the snapshot has been added using the My Collections side bar menu (if the user is at least been added as a viewer for the collection).
