Add a space workflow using space tools
The space settings Document Management dashboard can be accessed directly by a space administrator using the Space Settings option in the Confluence side menu.

choose Manage pages>Document Management
In the Document Management dashboard you can
enable the current space workflow using the grey tick slider
choose a different workflow to apply as a space workflow using the Manage Workflows option

The current space workflow is displayed in the space document dashboard.

Move the grey slider for the current workflow to apply to all the pages and bog posts in the space.
Or change the current space workflow by choosing the Manage Workflows button.
Select a different space workflow using the Add Workflow picker.

The enabled workflow is automatically applied to the pages and blog posts in the space.
If any page workflows were previously applied the space workflow will override the page workflow.
