A content review is specific to a workflow state.

They are characterized by two buttons, named Approve and Reject in the workflow popup. A space admin can amend these default button names.

A content review may allow the assignment of one or more users as a reviewer

The users can be

  • manually assigned using the workflow popup

  • pre-assigned by the workflow

If there are no reviewers assigned, on an approval decision the content will transition to a destination state configured in the added workflow.

If more than one user is assigned as a reviewer, the reviewers must agree on the Approve and Reject decision for the workflow transition to occur.

Reviewer credentials

In the Quality Management Systems workflow an e-signature requirement is enabled for all the workflow content reviews, each reviewer will be prompted in the workflow popup to set up a personal code to authenticate their identity using a 3rd party application.

This is a one-time setup for a user in the instance allowing the 3rd party app to be used to generate time-limited tokens for identity authentication.
