Document Report
A report for the approvals activities in the entire space can be accessed by choosing Approvals Document Report in the left-hand sidebar navigation.

This report is for all content in the space and can be filtered to show content in each of the three states or those with pending approvals.

Document Activity
The approval history report document activity report listing the the approval document activity for a page can be accessed using the page tools menu.

The report is a chronological listing of all approvals the workflow document activity on the individual page.
The report can also be accessed from the Document Activity Report link in the approval workflow popup in the Approved state.
The Reset Approvals button will only be displayed for users with admin permission.
Approval History is also added as a file attachment to the document.
To view or download the file
- use page tools menu to open Attachments for the document
- choose the added Approval Report tab
