Once a user is assigned as a reader, the overall read confirmation status is only Confirmed CONFIRMED when all assigned readers have confirmed the content.

Additional users can be assigned as readers users and can still confirm the read confirmation but the overall status of the read confirmation status will remain Pending PENDING or Partial until PARTIAL until all the assigned readers have confirmed the read confirmation.

- the macro read confirmation will notify all assigned readers (both readers who have confirmed and readers who have not confirmed) that a new read confirmation request is required
- the simple read confirmation will need to requested by assigning at least one reader for the new version. No readers are retained but details of the last read confirmation undertaken by each reader are retained in the read confirmation popup.
