• updated our vendor name in Manage apps to Appfire

• added an on-screen Licence validation failed message when the app is accessed or a page containing a read confirmation is published if there is no valid app subscription

• fixed a problem that caused last read confirmation floating message notification to be displayed in the pdf export of a page

• fixed a problem to ensure that a license notification banner (when the app is unlicensed) is only displayed on pages where a read confirmation has been applied
