Overview
After a page has been published you can quickly view the draft or published version of a page using a breadcrumb added to both the draft and the published page or blog post.

Click the view options to switch between versions.

On a page or blog post that has previously been published
click the View published/draft version option page byline on a document
This switches between the current draft version in the source space and the last published version in the target space. The view options byline is displayed on the content in both the draft space and the published space.
You will need at least view and edit permission in each of the source space and the target space

On the page or blogpost in the source draft space
choose View published version
On the page or blog post in the target published space
chooseView draft version

The View option byline is displayed on the document irrespective of the displayed publishing status lozenge - the only requirement is the page or blog post exists in both the source and target space and has previously been published.
