If an updated transition has been added to a state, then any content change (editing, label change, adding or removing an attachment) editing the content will cause a transition event. The destination state will be unique to the state where the updated transition is present.
Changing the content label, adding or removing an attachment does not cause the updated transition to occur.
In the published (final) Approved state in the basic Approval workflow, if the content is edited and saved, the page will move to the draft state Review
