updated transition
If an updated transition has been added to a state, then any content change (editing, label change, adding or removing an attachment) editing and publishing an update to the content will cause a transition event. The destination state will be unique to the state where the updated transition is present.
Adding or removing a label or attachment does not action an updated transition.
In the published (final) Approved state in the basic Approval workflow, if the content is edited and saved, the page will move to the draft state Review
